"Staff was great"

"Although I received no VIP benefit, the property and room were great. There was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and we had a great view of Big Ben and The London Eye. The only complaint is that there is only one elevator that goes to floors 13-15 and sometimes it can take a long time to get it show up. I would highly recommend staying her on a trip to London."

"Amazing location, beautiful views, incredible rooms, excellent staff, great amenities, convenient room service. Only thing was that if your room faces the open courtyard of elevators, you'll hear them clicking a lot during operation. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to visitors!"
