Everything was nice and ok the room needed vacuumed better. I feel like that's always the case with hotel rooms because they do not give house keeping enough time and better wages so what you see is what you get unfortunately. So that was all fine. Breakfast was included so that's really nice and it was pretty good. But the big problem I had was the next morning we are checking out getting ready to go to the water park splash lagoons connected to the hotel but there was a power outage and we couldn't go to the water park so we went home 😒

We arrived after 11 pm and were put into a room with a broken shower. The staff was very apologetic but that didn't take away the fact we had to switch rooms at midnight. The main rooms looked very clean and well maintained. 90% of the room was clean. I did find random hairs in the towels and the broken shower. The jacuzzi in the second room worked but looked very dated. For the price it was worth it.
