"The staff was friendly, professional and extremely responsive. Unfortunately the property is so neglected that it only represents the Residence Inn brand through the configuration of rooms. Bad plumbing and AC made it a challenge. The staff moved us, but it only solved one issue. I’m amazed that they can retain such amazing employees when they have to apologize and try to accommodate guests day in and day out."
