"Initially I was given a room that had a refrigerator not working properly and the phone didn't work for me to timely let them know, I went down to the front desk and the employee was friendly and worked quickly to get me into another room. Everything after that went very well. The price for the amenities was a good deal."

"Room was clean and it looked like it had been updated. No hair dryer or iron which I thought was the norm for almost every other hotel I’ve stayed at. Air conditioner had a hard time keeping up. Main thing we noticed and others that joined us was that the elevator always smelled awful! The room however, smelled great! The employee the first night was awesome! The employee the second night was like a sloth! So slow to get anything! Our room was not cleaned the second day so we had to go down and...

"Nice and clean hotel in a great area with a lot of great restaurants. Only complaint is the beds are extremely hard. If you like firm beds, all good."

"Helpful, friendly and prompt staff. We had a minor loose screw on our shower valve and they fixed it while we were out for lunch! Not a hard fix. But they did it fast and without interrupting our stay. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for an a place with a kitchenette and plenty of room to stretch out."

"Only issue was breakfast options were waffles, toast, muffin or cereal and they had 1 waffle machine and batter dispenser was broken and people having to wait 15+ minutes to get to the waffle making machine."

"Pretty dumpy place, bathroom fan made a god awful noise, couldn’t get microwave door open in the room, was sweating during the night as the ac window unit was junk, clunky and loose shower handle. Definitely Don’t stay in room 111, better yet, don’t stay here."

"The breakfast was decent, friendly breakfast attendant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean, the beds were not comfy and the mattress under the sheets was extremely dirty. Pool area was okay, water was cold and there were no towels. Overall decent stay for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because of how uncomfortable the beds were."
