Rooms are nice and clean, beds are really comfortable. The staff was also great always ready for anything we needed help with. We got to ride the bikes to the malecon( they need some work, but still ridable). Hotel is close to restaurants, casino, and malecones.

It has a pool!! We loved it the only thing missing in the room is a full length mirror. The room is beautiful, bed is comfy and pool is enjoyable.

The room was a lot better than the photos, they gave us one of the first floor rooms and it was nicely cold, having in mind we came in on summer, the AC at the room work well, close to the main avenue and very close from everywhere, They never reply on the WhatsApp of the cafe at the lobby, but meh. Totally recommended, the pool was good and the jacuzzi was heated.

As I informed the desk clerk. I called the front desk because I wasn’t getting hot water she said it took a while. 20 minutes later the water was still freezing . Ans I told her at checkout that I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay there again because of the lack of hot water

Not family friendly. Our room had several issue—shower curtain rod did not stay up, the sofa had gross pee stains (I had to ask for blankets because it was not furnished), the bathroom shutters did not close completely and they lead to an abandoned alley way. Our room also shared a wall with the local cantina, so there was LOUD music until almost 2am. The room itself was clean and beds were fine. Not a good experience. Would NOT recommend.
