"Beautiful remote historic property, 1 hour drive from Palermo. Location where the movie "the Sicilian" with Christophe Lambert was filmed and where Prince Charles (now King) visited. Loved the setting, the staff, the manager who was more than helpful and eager to solve any issues we had. The pool area is simply fantastic, absolutely superb! "The setting was absolutely stunning with unlimited views across the coast and mountains. It was so peaceful apart from the constant barking of a neighbour’s dog from across the hill. The property was perfectly spacious for our family and we each had a room. However, for the cost of £15,000 for two weeks the house itself let it down.
