"The staff was lovely especially Alex at the reception desk. He recommended the restaurant for dinner and provided much helpful information and he left us breakfast in a bag for the road since we left before breakfast. The hotel had a good location just 10 minutes from the train station and the town was the cutest with so many flower arrangements. The bed was so comfortable and clean Loved it 💯❤️🙏"
"Wonderful location, be prepared for a hike up! Take the escalaters from the train station, helps a lot, but who doesn't love a good workout! Arte staff were amazing, friendly, incredibly helpful with mountains to visit and if staying two or more nights in St. Moritz there is free bus transportation, and also free gondola, lifts, funecular, shuttle service. That was a wonderful surprise for us."
"The staff were helpful and really listened and attended to our needs. The room was very pretty. We had a hot pot in the room so you could have tea or coffee (bring your own) in the room. View was really nice. Bed comfortable. I would stay there again."

Extra storage cabinets around the bed and bathroom make the room really small and cluttered. Sometimes unsafe due to being too close to the bed"
"Wonderful small hotel. Staf are all fabulous with particular thanks to Lorenza, Kathlyn and Andreas. Centrally located. Post bus stop very close, so is the Surovas station. Coop next door. We had three different types of rooms. One double room was a little tight. We had a great dinner at Stuva restaurant. Breakfast buffet adequate. They picked us up from the station and also dropped us at Samedan for a small fee. Highly recommended."
