"Very handy location, about a 5 minute walk from the main train station; adjacent to “Central” tram stop & the Polybahn funicular. Tons of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Starbucks on one side & a cafe/bakery on the other. Coop store with great selection of takeout food across the street. Excellent “economy” choice for walking around the old part of the city. "This definitely felt like a budget hotel, except in price. It was in a good location, breakfast was adequate and the bus pass for the city was really helpful. The room was so tight and the AC only made it slightly less warm. Front desk staff did give us a fan to help with the air flow. Luckily there was a large window that opened fully to let in some cool air. The bathroom was very modern and the rainfall shower was great! Grocery store next to the hotel and a bus stop across the street."

"Pros: Clean room. Helpful staff.
Cons: sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Breakfast was not to my liking as I have been to other holiday inn hotels but always with good standard of breakfast. Dinner was a bit on a pricey side although I felt that everything in Zurich is expensive but the taste and quality of the pasta (Bolognese and carbonara) were not enjoyable. However, the taste of the Swiss pasta was okay."
