"Beautiful newly opened property, very close to a couple of subway stations for easy access. The staff are all wonderful and very nice. Just don’t stay with anyone you don’t mind seeing shower through the frosted glass wall from the bed area! Lol. Otherwise, would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"Arrived at 11:30pm following an 8hr flight to be told they were overbooked. Advised that accommodation had been booked around the corner in another hotel. No assistance given to locate hotel or carry bags to alternative hotel. Hilton was prepaid, had to pay for nights accommodation at the alternative hotel, no refund given to date. Not a good experience and out of pocket. Disappointing that Hilton can treat its customers like this, I would have expected better from this chain."
