"When we arrived, 6 police officers were walking in because of people loitering. Our room was dirty, sheets had hairs and dirt. Garbage on the floor of the closet and it was so hot! We switched rooms and it was cleaner but still very outdated and dirty feeling. "

"Staff was very nice. Definitely not your typical chain property. Ex: front desk staff was doing laundry when I checked in. Fridge had leftover food and garbages were not emptied. Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees. "

"Top notch, friendly staff and the hotel is in a perfect location. Really enjoyed the roof top lounge area and adjoining pool. The breakfast was pretty standard. Comfy beds but the bedding/blankets were very light and flimsy and kept coming off the bed.I would definitely stay again. "

"Night crew service was not very helpful, or friendly. The key to our room kept failing. Breakfast selection was normal for a La Quinta hotel. The room only had face wipes and a tiny bar of soap…. "

"Was my fav hotel in Boise. Still nice and breakfast is deluxe compared to some others, but parking can be full (we were there on Valentines weekend and they allow hourly parking too which filled it up). I like Holiday Inn Express or The Inn at 500 if can get a deal (pricey of no deals)."

"Excellent hotel/motel! The rooms are very clean, the beds excellent and the staff very courteous and friendly. The area is also very quiet. We were able to take our bikes into our room which allowed us to not worry about them…a real plus! "
