We picked this hotel for the last few nights of a big soccer tournament. Our kids were excited to swim and the rooms looked nice online. Unfortunately the manager closed the pool ( because something the groups there earlier in the week had done) gym was closed, guest laundry wasn't working, ice machines were broken, and to top it all off, the front desk was very unprofessional and non accommodating to the fact that all amenities seemed to be closed/broken.

Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or informative about the complimentary breakfast, room was not fully clean there were stains on curtains could have over all been cleaner. The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the springs through the bed.
