4/5 - Good
It is a pretty village which we didn’t see at its best because of our arrival time and poor weather but it is ideally located for exploring the wider area and for Portsmouth Ferry

Everything is spotless, staff and facilities top class. Great food in the restaurant. Attention to detail and small welcoming touches are first class

Lovely hotel, just off road and near train line because I could hear it at night with window open. Too hot closed. Iron, hairdryer and kettle with teas and coffees. Lovely little lounge and bar. Would be good to have a few more types of spirits and chance to buy snacks to go with them. Great breakfast ...

Easy check in at the bar and then we’re shown to our room. Room was clean and nicely furnished with a well designed, modern en-suite. A really good base for our weekend celebrating a wedding in Southbourne.

Should have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express - nicer place and better value. And they don't charge for parking!
Stairs to rooms on second floor are steep as luggage has to be carried
Free parking . Dog friendly . Polite friendly staff . Take home made food off the menu title as it definitely is not . Would not return .
We have stayed there on a previous occasion
