"The hot water did not run in the shower or the sink They knew that some one had been working on it but they put us in there anyway Did not offer any thing for the inconvenience The floor in the bathroom room looked like there has been water leaking and not repaired properly Disappointed with Marriot"

"Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. "

"The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired. Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door. Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad. Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge branches laying in limited parking spaces so couldn’t park there; trash in common areas, hot tub filthy. Would go back to Park City but wouldn’t stay here again."
