"Jennifer is such a nice woman. She made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped in the office. I needed new batteries for the TV remote control and she got them "pronto." We also needed disposable cups and she ran to the storage to get some. I think Jennifer deserves the world."

"The facility is NICE! Our room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were good for a great nights sleep. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The amenities were good as well, although the refrigerator was too cold and froze our fruit that was on the bottom shelf. The water view we had from the second floor was AWESOME as we drank our coffee and tea in the morning. Google has the hotel's address being in Needles CA, which I believe is incorrect, so beware of that."

"I was in Room 6. There is a room above so I could hear them walking around, but that's to be expected in an older building. The water pressure and quick hot water were great. Thoughtful touches like cookies in the room, bottles of water. Great hairdryer, parking right in front of room, Mexican restaurant next door was very good. Easy walk to fantastic grocery store (Goodwin & Sons Market). Both check-in and check-out front desk were very nice. Nice bedding and towels. Furniture is a bit...
