"Room was clean , staff was friendly and helpful did not use laundry service, breakfest was underwhelming and not that great especially for the price i paid. Other then the breakfast everything was great "

"The location is hard to beat if you want to be close to everywhere in Shibuya. The complex has great small restaurants on the lower levels. Staff was super nice and helpful. I believe it's listed as a 4-star on expedia, I think it's more like 3.5. If the room is cleaner, I'd say it's a 4. It's not filthy, but you can definitely see dust on the corners, watermarks on the bathroom glasswalls, etc. And the room can use some fresh paints. We stayed in a King room (905) and it is spacious, and the view is great (even from the bathroom). But if you are a light sleeper and must have a quiet room, stay somewhere else. It is noisy with the sport cars sprinting down on the street, the ambulance sirens, and some music from somewhere. But if you like city vibes, this is the place! "

"The food was great, the room was nice and the facilities amazing. The Japanese staff were so nice and helpful but the reason for is less star is the lady at the front desk who was not Japanese was quite rude. Other than that this stay would have been 5 stars all round."

"Bathroom was dirty. There was mildew on the grout in the shower. The shower curtain was ridiculously small. If you pulled the curtain to the wall on one side it left a gap of almost 2 feet on the other side. Overall the room was fairly nice and a good size but the bathroom was in bad need of a remodel. "

Housekeeping didn’t really care so I had to make a complaint at the front desk Surrounding areas were close to the train station and stores. Front desk & baggage handlers were great. "was extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted to find explicit adult content available on the hotel TV—not only in the adult section, but also mixed into the regular drama category. This is completely inappropriate and not something I’ve ever encountered at any hotel before. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Hotels should ensure that their entertainment menus are clearly separated and that explicit content is never placed where families or unsuspecting guests might come across it. This experience significantly impacted my stay in a negative way."
