"Clean and roomy accommodation and helpful staff. There was a mix up with the airport pick which didnt show. A second phone call to the hotel sent a replacement but it meant we waited 40 minutes at 10.45 pm. Thses things happen...the hotel staff were apologetic and the rest of the stay, including the shuttle back to the airport was wonderful.
Short walk to woolworths store and redcliffe train station and a bus to the city runs past then end of the road."

"Staff was helpful.
Amenity is the room is good.
My room was noisy facing the main road and I can hear the TV from the next door room.
Wed steak special was really nice from the restaurant.
I think the place is worth the money.
Suggested Improvements
1. Provide bin in the toilet for feminine products
2. The poster on the door still says to leave the room key(card) in the room when checking out, which is different from what I was told (leave room key in the box in the main entry)"

"Very disappointing and misleading experience. The hotel looked completely different from the photos advertised online. The photos gave the impression of a clean, modern and well-maintained property, but when we arrived, the reality was nothing like what was shown.
The room/property was not as advertised, and we felt that the photos were extremely misleading. We would not have booked this hotel if we had seen accurate and up-to-date photos beforehand.
I would strongly recommend that anyone...

"Hotel in a great location. Easy to get to with ample paid parking around the hotel. The only flaws with our stay was the clogged drain in the shower which resulted in the entire bathroom area getting flooded. Having advised reception of this they said they were unable to swap rooms as the property was fully booked and no other alternative was provided. Lucky we had another family member staying in the room next us so we were able to shower there. Apparently the hotel doesn't have a handyman...
