My room was very nice-clean, conteporary and with a nice view. I also really liked the iced coffee and sandwhich Jamilah made me in the breakfast/lunch cafe! "Beautiful classic old hotel …"

"Nice room, pretty hotel. Lots of construction in the area at this time. This is the second time we’ve stayed, and the second time I’ve received random charges on my credit card that I had to ask about. During this stay we couldn't check in until 4:30 given a glitch in their system ( the room was ready but the front desk couldn’t “release it”). A couple of minutes turned into 30. "

"We absolutely loved the Lyle Hotel. Our room was very comfortable with so many well thought out details. The interior design was unique and beautiful. We also loved the neighborhood and location. This is definitely the place to stay in DC!"

"Great place to stay in DC! Easy access to a lot of popular spots. Very clean, aesthetically pleasing and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is renovating the fitness center. For a 10 floor hotel, the fitness center can probably hold 4 people max and that’s pushing it a little. Nonetheless, I will definitely be back."

The room I stayed in had a very tall window that could be opened. Logistically speaking: there is a Safeway within a few blocks that’s open late. If you prefer Trader Joe’s, that’s an easy walk in the other direction. Two large refrigerator/freezers will accommodate your groceries, which you label...

"Location is next to a garage you can pull into yourself at a cheaper rate than using Valet. The room was okay but not as luxury looking at the photos make it look in reality. The bathroom and tub were small in my opinion. It was okay for the price of my trip but I wouldn't stay there again."

"Our room was quiet and spacious with a kitchenette. Housekeeping kept the room consistently immaculate. Everything was replenished daily, like coffee and bathroom items. All staff were hospitable. The location is good with lots of places to grab a bite annd easy access to 2 Metro stations. One minor note - there are no USB ports in the room, so make sure you bring the USB plug with your charger. This was our 2bd stay."
