"The was clean and there is no difference in what you see when you booked the room. At the check-in Natasha was pleasant nice smile and welcoming was on point. After check-in I sit and what how she managed her self with guest, I loved it. Natasha customer service was great. When you arrive there asked for Natasha. Then I was introduced to Ester her caring and welcoming and on point. These two ladies was my first point of contact in the reception area, and I feel like we know each other a long time. This is first time to the continent of Africa, and my first time to Ghana. Thank you "

"The air conditioner was not cooling as expected"

"I didn't have an issue with this property per say, I had an issue with the room we received. So the units are individually managed by different vendors or agents. Our room was clean but the shower was broken, there was mold on the wall, the AC worked. The wifi did not work. The room was also very small. I would say this room is for solo travelers versus a couple. It was just challenging it get in touch with the host. The wifi not working made even communication exhausting. Thankful for the international plan I had on my cell, that was our saving grace. The agent was nice but she was attending to other guests who had reservations. Thankfully when we reached out to Expedia they worked things out for us to check into a new hotel. "

"We couldn't stay, despite the non-refundable booking. The central AC vents (as opposed to split units) were very dirty with accumulated dust visible. We had images of that AC spreading particles of dust and maybe mould throughout the room. Added to that, the room was very stuffy and had a strong and peculiar scent. We had images of getting ill after staying at that place. The smoke exhaust fan in the kitchen was practically falling off and had slanted to one side and seemed to be propped-up by the kitchen cupboard next to it. It was awful and reeked of poor maintenance. An old and tired place!"

"I booked this nice place for my husband and a few of his protocol for business in Accra. They absolutely loved it. The place was nice and clean, everything was working nicely. The check-in process was smooth. 5 stars!"
