"Very disappointing experience. The hotel was nothing like the pictures or description. It was located down a dark, narrow alley that felt unsafe. The entrance was poorly maintained, and the reception area looked more like a warehouse than a hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, bad smell, and overall felt extremely uncomfortable. I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t stay the night—I left immediately and booked another hotel, which you can verify through Hotels.com. Definitely not...
