"The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and helpful staff. The local area is not great to look at but at least there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance.
The room was nice but even though it was that warm outside the room was still warm and the air con didn’t work.
My main complaint: The hotel uses a photo of its rooftop pool as its main advertising yet it was under construction at the start of April so there was no possibility of using it. This was very disappointing and we had to travel to a nearby beach. Staff including the manger were very dismissive when I enquired about using the pool. Just because it is cold for locals doesn’t mean that those who come from colder climates can’t use the pool. I appreciate the weather was not great on some days but on most days we would have used it."

"Lovely spacious soundproofed, room with a small balcony and air conditioning. Shower was fab. The pool is unheated unfortunately but still refreshing. The pool area was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very helpful."

"The property is advertised as a 4 star probably based on the amenities however it’s a 3 star at the most based on UK STANDARDS.
The food is limited for vegetarians apart from the array of salads and possibly 4 vegetarian main options. Foods are not not always labelled. However the chef is accommodating if given pre-notice.
Rooms needs a revamp, common areas are not cleaned, sun bed are not cleaned daily."
