"This is a nice modern hotel with lovely facilities, but badly let down by the technology not working (at least for the suite I was given). Despite turning the air on to the coldest possible setting in both rooms, the suite was incredibly hot. Not possible to open windows as they were locked shut. I got hardly any sleep as a result. "We stayed in the carriage house basement apartment and it was amazing! The apartment is large has a lot of living space is super clear and comfortable. It’s about a 10 min walk to Victoria station and from there you can get anywhere in London! We were traveling with two teens and it was a great location! "Comfortable and clean room, perfect for our family of 3. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great location for Victoria Station and easily walkable to restaurants and other attractions. The only thing I didn’t expect was our room being in an annexe across the street, which made it less appealing to use the lounge to relax in, so we stayed in our room when we wanted a rest. "

"The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. "
