"The parking is onsite in a ramp and complimentary and very convenient. The property was in significant disrepair. It is a large property with many guests, and only one elevator was working throughout the weekend. This made the utilization of the elevators nearly impossible. The room's heat was overactive, with the room extremely hot even after setting the wall units to 60 degrees. The shower barely put water out during use with most water coming out of the tub faucet."

"Parking for the stay and park option should be parking only in the upper lot. There were 2 handicapp parking spots both were being used by people gone for 4 or more days. Maintenance should put chemicals in and refill hot tub/pool at night so patrons can use it during open hours. Hotel staff were prompt and friendly. Clean facility. "

"The pool has a 20 person capacity which doesn’t make sense to have 250rooms and not everyone can use the pool let alone need to monitor it. It was under maintenance half the weekend of the stay. You have to pay additional for the breakfast package. The rooms were clean the 3 staff members were nice. This is not a spring break hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, clean, everything was great. The drain didn't go down very fast in the shower which can gross me out sometimes, but it wasn't filling up too much, so it wasn't too big of a deal. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. We would definitely atay again!"
