The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge."

"Not impressed with this hotel at all. I booked a room with a wet bar, that I did not get...which I paid extra for. The room smelled horrible and the door didn't lock. I asked for another room, that one was a little better, but not much better. Room still smelled musty. Comforters had visible hair on them. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it, not sure what that was about. Shady people coming in and out of the parking lot during the later hours, with questionable people hanging around the...

"No cooking utensils or plates/cups/silverware whatsoever despitead depicting fully equipped kitchen. Lobby and room were both sparse with nobody on duty in evening. Price was extremely affordable but glad to pay more for what was advertised for extended stay. Hard to get any rest due to commotion upstairs with people running back and forth at all hours with nobody staffing front desk to deal with it. Never again!"

"There were roaches everywhere. Babies and adults. I complained to staff, but they were not phased in the least and would not give a refund. I need to talk to Expedia about this. I left a day early and lost money as it was prepaid. There was even a roach in my bag when I got home."

We had made a reservation for a room with two beds, it it was late when we arrived and they put us up in two single rooms w/o giving us a hard time or charging us anymmore money. This is a great location convinieny to Dominion CC and next to the shopping area."
