"The room was clean but the property overall could have used a good cleaning. The room was very humid and the phone did not work. The room we were initially given had a broken refrigerator. The room we were moved to was next to the elevator and our neighbors were very loud. When I attempted to report the noise to the front desk I discovered the phone was not working. "We had a very pleasant stay at Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel was in a great location, only around 8 minutes driving distance from our daughter’s apartment, which made it very convenient for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast each morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay in any Residence Inn."
