"Very clean, spacious, well equipped suite. A great extended stay facility with restaurants, grocery, etc. nearby. The combination entry door never worked properly and was frustrating to deal with. Staff tried to be helpful but they are clearly understaffed."

"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"Everything was perfect. Couldn’t make a complaint if I wanted to location was perfect even though it was near an expressway. It was very quiet. No issues with sleeper noise in the building. Restaurant was excellent. Staff was superb. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here."

"*one thing to point out is there isn’t an elevator or ramp for a wheelchair, you will need to bring your luggage up the stairs ( they do have some main floor that you could request) I was told it was a sketchy area, and drugs were often sold out of the hotel ( not just one person told me this). Being there alone I was a bit apprehensive the first night, also my door looked like it had 2 locks but only one worked. "First time staying in a hostel and I feel like this was a great choice. We got our own room. They seem to realize prioritize making people feel safe and comfortable. Hoping every hostel I stay at is like this. They provided breakfast and also dinner which I thought was super cool. We only stayed for 1 night. They did a song bingo in the bar that was a lot of fun. The room was incredibly hot but it did come with a fan."

The hotel stance is the pool is kid friendly, but some of the "regulars" that want to swim laps are very rude even though there are adult only times for them. The extra activities sound so cute but are very expensive. 10/10 would stay here again for a romantic adult only stay, not the greatest with kids. Also I was grateful to have missed the heat the week before, because the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. I like that they are eco friendly, but...
