We stayed in a pool view room and it was AMAZING — peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect way to wake up every morning in paradise. The entertainment staff deserves a huge shoutout because they truly made the trip unforgettable. The events and activities were fun, engaging, energetic, and brought everyone together. "The activities suit all age. The food was okay, the buffet was very good with a lot of variety. However the à la carte restaurants need some improvements to do. The room was very clean. Although there is a no smoke rule, there are outside areas where people could smoke and the smell somehow got inside my room (not always) but it did happen. Overall, the beach and pool were great. My family had a very relaxing time. "

"Excelente hotel, vale la pena el excellence club, la playa hermosa para caminar, hay bastante oleaje. El SPA es excelente también y los empleafos muy atentos y profesionales. Restaurante Frances no nos gusto la comida, aunque es muy bonito y el servicio muy bueno. Los mejores fueron el Agave, Magna y Oregano. No nos dio tiempo a ir al Grill. El cafe Aroma de lo mejor!!! Es un hotel, tranquilo y muy fácil para caminar, todo muy bien distribuido. El mantenimiento es continuo y las habitaciones muy amplias. Esperamos volver pronto!!!"

"If you are a couple with no children, I would highly suggest selecting an Excellence Club room. It is 100% worth it with the private check in as well as the select areas that are adults only. Pool was amazing and all the bar staff around the property were great, service was wonderful (Mary, Jerinco, Antonio, Wilson, Rony, Orlando, Victor)!!! The guys in charge of entertainment around the property (Javier, Xavier, Christian) were so fun and friendly. For our first all inclusive it was a memorable experience and we have totally caught the bug! I think this place is perfect for families and couple alike. "

"Resort was a 1/4 full so a lot of restaurants were closed. we have been to this resort 3 times now and for the first time ever, we tried to book a reservation at a restaurant and were told there were no available times. We walked by the resturant at 7 pm and there were more empty seats than filled seats. Was very disappointed at the lack of care in the staff. the other pet peeve, the "Lobster House" does not offer any Lobster - none. No rolls, no tails, no soup, no salad...how can a Lobster House not offer lobster? First world problems i know, was just silly though."
