"just a good stay"

"Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning."

The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at home. We are definitely planning to return. Thank you."
