"My family and I absolutely loved our two night stay here. Our check in was fast and easy. The lobby is lovely and has a cute, well-stocked market. Our room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice with a large shower. I was pleased to find a laundry room to clean our dirty hiking clothes. We were so pleasantly surprised to find that the location was minutes from the park entrance. We all had a blast in the pool and hot tub. We ate dinner both nights and the food was delicious. The game room was stocked with lots of fun games for the kids and they loved the free s’mores kits. The recreation desk had excellent recommendations on where to hike. The property is beautiful and peaceful. I truly can’t recommend it more. I can’t wait to return someday. "

"This property is just outside the South Entrance to Yosemite. We checked in to the hotel and went to see the Giant Sequoia’s, which were about 10 minutes from the property inside the South Entrance. Then we spent the whole next day hiking Yosemite. On check out day, we sat comfortably on our balcony and watched an amazing sunrise. We really liked being outside the park and away from everyone. The hotel has a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, which was so convenient after a long day in the park. The hotel, restaurant, and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a GREAT place to stay, eat, and drink."

"Great hotel. Very clean and quiet. On site pizza was really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing to know ahead of time is that there is zero cell service in this area and you will rely on the wifi which is not bad. Also the only grocery store is at the hotel and it is a bit pricey but compared to the store in El Portal it is amazing. "
