There was a lot of garbage under the bed, people doesn't move it to clean. One lamp wasn't working at all. As well as the TV Just 2 big towels but plenty of smallers. (Was party of three). Stains in carpet. Fortunately fridge was working preety good. Check in & check out was easy on the web.

Not the cleanest or most updated place, but the staff is friendly and it’s better than some around the same area. The beds were clean. The bathroom was clean. The pool was out of service, unfortunately but it was a very convenient location for all the places that we needed to go in El Paso. We will be staying there again because of the price and location near the hospital where my husband is currently.

Building is literally falling apart. Front desk teller seems bothered when checking in, the. Hits us with btw tv and refrigerator doesn’t work. Get on the elevator it smelled strong chlorine stench. Hall way was very dirty and all windows were open. Our room: bathroom was disgusting. Tub had a ring around it, the drain was black. Toilet was loose. When we turned the water on BLACK water came out. Towels were not white. They had black dirty spots. Bed: had a dead bug on the comforter. The pillows looks like they were for a baby, tiny! Ac did not work so the room smelled and it was very hot. Pool was green! A literal pond. This place needs to be shutdown

THE place is a WRECK. ROOMS completely not vacuumed Carpet stains Everywhere Door lock BROKEN sheets have HOLES NO lights OUTSIDE due to construction everything dark NOT safe. ROOM had the EXTREME SMOKERS PACKAGE!! Terrible place BREAKFAST was a BOWL of FROOTLOOPS they ran out of MILK NOTHING ELSE this place should be closed down for another $30-40 go Elsewhere

Most horrible hotel I've seen in this country. Filthy stained rug floor. Filthy broken walls and doors. Bathtub stained and dirty. Mirrors stained and dirty. Shower curtain ripped. No soap whatsoever. No washcloths. Lamps not properly fastened to wall. Slanted. Sheets ripped. No blankets horrible pillows. Worn out mattress. Expedia should never post this place.

Pool was closed for maintenance. The property is pretty much all under maintenance. It’s not a bad property. It will be great once the roughly needed work is done. Including the truck-sized hole in the entrance awning.

While the front desk was courteous, it seems that no one checks the special instructions with a reservation. Traveled with an elderly person that can't do a lot of walking. Room was changed to be one that was dingy and smelled of years of smoke and disrepair. Refrigerator was missing parts and unplugged in the corner. Toilet would not shut off without manual assist. Lighting was arduously dark. Plug in's that would not work. Should have called for an health inspection. On the do not return list.
