Staff was amazing, amenities were available, room was clean but there were a few items that could be improved. When checking out I needed change for a $20 so I could tip the housekeeper but nobody at the front desk had any change nor did housekeeping. That was SO weird. Loved that there was free parking and it was a huge parking area for many cars. The bathroom needed a bit of attention and I did take photos but not sure there is a way to attach here. The towels were hard and old and did not match - even strings were hanging from one towel as it was on the rack. Then maintenance was needed for rusty areas around the shower. At home it is an easy remedy with bleach and caulking material so not sure why a hotel would have this issue. Someone needs to pay attention - maybe a supervisor in maintenance needs to inspect the rooms monthly for evidence of need for repair. Otherwise, the room was clean and I felt very safe there which is a HUGE plus. Decor for the Holidays was a nice touch as well. I will be back.
