Owner is very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little less than we've had at other hotels - waffles and cereal - but it was nice enough. If I had the opportunity to stay here again, I'd like to check out the antique store on the other side of their parking lot.

No body soap in the room, room smelled of smoke badly, no pillowcases on pillows that were completely yellow stained, a person outside the entrance by dumpster grilling on a grill sitting on the ground , either high or intoxicated yelling at quest and wouldnt leave them alone, terrible place, paid for room in advance on expedia and still charged a $50 deposit that has not been returned yet after 5 days

OK for a night or 2

It is definitely dated inside and it looks like they are putting some newer furniture in the rooms, but the bed is really hard and uncomfortable, stains on the bedding and the bath towels are super small. Seems like they are struggling, but the customer service was good. The breakfast is cereal or waffles and coffee or they have some milk.

I guess ok for the money but frig was dirty and no cups--I went down to the breakfast area to get some to use in our room. I couldn't figure out how to connect to the Wifi but the front desk man was very helpful.

I stayed here for a festival. lack of places to charge devices. the hotels main line phone for all rooms was not connected to anything. the staff made me seem like it was a chore for them to do anything i asked. room cards were shut off everyday.

Last resort hotel

The hotel was rundown, building code violations everywhere. Rooms smelled like smoke or urine. Boxes, plastic wrapping, trim and broken doors in the hallway or under the stairs. Our room was missing the air-conditioning cover, another party with us wires exposed smoke detector missing. Had to re boot and set the cable box 2x. El Paso is a quaint little town but will not return to this hotel

Not Super

First room was in disrepair-no lights, furniture overturned and tv on bed. Second room had non-working door key entry. 3rd room was ok but carpet was stained and need to be vacuumed especially around the edges. Window sill full of dead flies and had to wait for them to go and switch on unit so we could get heat. Entry, halls and stairwells needed to be cleaned or at least vacuumed and all windows and glass in common areas were streaked/smudged/filmy. Lots of furniture and room items stacked in halls and cubby areas. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee, waffles and cold cereal. Nothing else. Could be a nice place but needs a deep clean and some TLC.

We didn’t get to go. My husband was in the hospital with a bad infection. I tried to cancel this reservation on 7/13 but could not get Expedia online or phone. I tried again on 7/14 And was told it was too late for refund. I will never use Expedia again
