"Kamer: net en proper. Ontbijt gevarieerd maar luidruchtige ontbijtruimte. Ook jammer dat er bijna nooit grote koffietassen beschikbaar waren. Koffie uit bekers drinken is niet echt 4 sterren waardig. Goede ligging, rustig en toch vlakbij 2 metro's."

"Our room was extremely hot, even though at lowest setting with fan on high. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. Shower was difficult to use and had a big step down out of the tub which was slippery.
The restaurant menu was basic and overpriced. Breakfast buffet was good.
Staff were very nice and shuttle to airport was good."

"Great hotel super close to the airport. We stayed here for 1 night prior to going to another country… we enjoyed so much being close to the metro. Line 5 is just about 10-12 minutes away walking.. and its a straight shot to Gran Via and callao stops ( central Madrid ). Super easy and useful. We did not have the breakfast as our flight was super early. But i would most definitely return. Staff was very helpful"

"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"Good hotel in a residence part of the city, 10 minutes from/to airport on taxi (around 33 euros). The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a subway station (with stairs, not escalator or lift) across the street for easy transportation to downtown, touristic area and to airport or train stns if you don't want to pay the taxis' fixed rates to those places. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakery and grocery stores around the hotel and the area feel safe with an abundant of people...
