"My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett"

"Le mobilier extérieur offrait différents niveaux d'ensoleillement et de confort. Fauteuils, divans, chaises longues etc. La terrasse pour le déjeuner (petit déjeuner pour les français) était magnifique avec vue sur les monts enneigés. L'établissement a été rénové mais à quelques endroits les murs et les plafonds fendillent ou la peinture boursoufle. Ils devraient pouvoir corriger cela par un entretien continu."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The property is a former mansion that once belonged to a Peruvian president who served from 1899 to 1903. He purchased it during that time and lived here after his term ended. Staying here feels like being part of history, and the rooms are beautifully designed with high ceilings.
