Mauricio's help throughout the trip made everything run smoothly! ALFREDO bar waiter / restaurant staff (egg station lady wonderful)/ was also outstanding as well as everyone at the front desk. SPA area is small, but very clean and the service is just amazing!"

"Casi todo estuvo perfecto. El único pero que yo le pongo es que el estacionamiento es una cochera para cuatro carros. Dos detrás de otros dos. Así que, o tienes que molestar para sacar tu carro, o te molestan para que otro huésped saque el suyo. La otra opciones es dejarlo afuera; tienen camaras y el lugar dicen que es seguro. I dislike three things: 1- The room that I've used was 102, which has a little bath, and when I tried to use it, I found two little spiders in it. Maybe they need to double-check the fumigation services. 2- I could not use the amenities: the coffee machine and the water heater jar. I've plugged them, but they never started or heat the...
