"This hotel is located in a traditional house of the old Lima. It is beautifully kept. The staff is incredible. Ice and helpful. The breakfast excellent with local produce, fresh fruits, marmalades and other dishes. A real pleasure to wake up to that every day. "We did not end up staying at this hotel. I booked last minute as we needed a place to hang for the day between our hotel check out at 10am and our red eye flight at midnight, and there was a deal on Expedia. "Fabulous stay in this lovely bed and breakfast! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, delicious coffee, eggs to order and the most divine pancakes with banana and caramel. Easy walk to the shops, beach overlooks and beautiful parks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Fresia was especially wonderful! Would definitely stay again! "

"Facility is new and in excellent condition. Nice location with easy access to Barranco. Staff is very supportive. Some amenities and common areas are available in the Intercontinental Hotel next door but easily accesible. Breakfast is excellent with variety of fruits and buffet. Room is spotless. "
