"Very clean and spacious room. Staff allowed us to check in a bit early. Our young kids were tired and staff was kind and accommodating."

"It was good in general except for the fee to park your car inside the property the sofa bed mattress wasn’t in good shape to rest and dusty, It can be better, the breakfast was what i liked the most but it’s too short the time available."

"Avoid this property. I booked this property based on the reviews I had read on Expedia. We'll those positive reviews are misleading. This property is awful. 1st off the staff is unresponsive and needs to be retrained in customer service. Our hair dryer didn't work. When my wife went to ask for a new one she was told no. Another person staying in another room gave us theirs. Secondly, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. For a non-smoking room it smelled like someone regularly smokes in...

"Managed to get an accessibility room after some discussion. Evidently you can only reserve them if you phone in and not by registering online. Also right outside the accessible room was the only ice machine for the whole facility and it is not secured at night. People were filling large coolers at all times during the night. Most did not actually stay at the lodge."
