"The lobby was really pretty and the room was updated. The rest of the exterior of the building is really shabby and there was a homeless person living in the parking lot, albeit she was very nice. I understand that improvements are very expensive and they take time but it was quite noticeable that the building needed some love. The to go breakfast provided in the lobby was very nice."

"Parking was on site only $11/night. The motel is decent if you need to stick to a budget. The room was clean, beds were decent. Close to lots of the sites in LA. The only complaint I had was no bathroom vent fan, which the room we stayed in 105 had bathroom window however there was a security camera directly outside of the window. "

"The lobby was under renovation I wasn’t aware of that, the breakfast was just okay, the rooms were clean and taking care of, the shower had light pressure, the parking lot was adequate. This hotel is in a good location easy access to the 405 & 101 I would recommend it for mostly location."

"The motel is completely remodeled very nice interiors. Not necessarily a lot of little extra no coffee maker not lots of soaps, etc. but you don’t miss it because the interior remodel is very nice. Everything white modern sinks bathrooms all nicely remodeled clean safe very centrally located to Van Nuys. Sherman Oaks is the access the new parking in the back. And very affordable."

"Although the room was clean, the TV didn’t work, lights attached to bed didn’t work, despite mentioning it to reception, nothing was done about it, the entire surrounding of the motel was filthy, noise throughout the night, drug trades going on, found out from locals there was a history of murders onsite. DO NOT BOOK it is my strong advice."

"Love my stays but the only thing that kept bothering me was the amount of towels I had to ask for because the water comes out the shower doors. I will go back again because I do enjoy my stay. "

"Property is a bit outdated but yet still expensive. Showers was nice but furniture needs replacement along with a little painting would definitely help. (Some TLC) The price of the hotel and food was not deserving to be that outdated. Was unable to open balcony doors and restaurant on the 17th floor was booked for a party but nothing notified of this, found out when we got there."
