"Excelente ubicación. Personal alegre y servicial.

"Fantastic hotel in an excellent location! The view overlooking the park would have been beautiful; however, ongoing construction in the area somewhat diminished the experience.
The check-in process was quick and efficient, and although the room was on the smaller side, it was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to restaurants, bike rentals, attractions,...

"We were driving in during a massive housing protest. There was just no way to get in there with the car. Police weren't allowing it. It was unbelievably stressful.
The valet had to go out on foot 4-5 blocks away to find my boyfriend in the car, and we didn't even know where he was exactly when GPS wasn't working well.
They are above and beyond here.
Property was all exactly as (beautifully) advertised as well."

"Want to leave very honest feedback, very convenient locations, walking distance to sightseeing spots, shopping , and bars. Quiet room. Improvement needed- the water boiler does not work, The WiFi only works till 21:00, do not know why. Informed the property manager that we will check in around 2:15pm in the afternoon, but there is no response from manager till our arrival, we have to wait and tried to communicate actively via phone, expedia msg, then whatapp to find the manager to get things...
