"The hotel is good, room big especially the ones with balcony. Restaurant staff have attitude with guests Reception staff are nice and friendly Pool area is nice and big."

"Beds are incredibly comfortable. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. The ice bucket for your room is extremely small. The elevators are very fast. Very child friendly resort. Very expensive. The room lighting is a challenge to operate."

"Breakfast buffet was good. Options were very limited for dining during the day. Specialty dining was difficult to get in. You have to book 2 to 3 days in advance and few slots are offered at each booking time. The specialty dining setting was never full but the food was good. Most staff were friendly, but our check in receptionist was curt and not very friendly. The pool and lounges were nice. The bar staff was usually friendly, but very busy. It would be nice to have more entertainment available. Due to the very high winds and red flag conditions, ocean swimming was out, and little was offered as entertainment. The hot stone massage was terrific. Our room was clean, but the view was of the roof over the restaurant. Very disappointing. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. I was expecting more."
