Relaxing time with my wife

The hotel was good but a little old style inside the room. We were upgraded to a better room and it was very nice The swimming pool was nice and large. We went to the main hotel for the heated swimming pool

Rundown, old and Falsely Advertised

Booked the Herods Boutique based on pictures on the website. Once arriving at the property realized the pictures were rooms in the Herods Palace across the street and not the Boutique palace. The description and pictures are falsely advertised for the property. After entering room and seeing how a rundown, old and dirty the room was we went to the main desk and paid to upgrade to move to the palace. Would not recommend staying in this hotel and defiantly not a 5 star rated hotel as advertised.

Excellent place and warm welcoming. Free parking and facilities. Clean and cosy. Excellent breakfast. Yet there are few minor issues: at evening the room is a bit dark due to lack of lighting. 1. In our double room there was only one reading light. 2. We would prefer to have a freezing cell in the refrigerator. 3. There was no "Do not disturb sign" left in the room and the service guy knocked on the door and wake us up. 4. While we were eating breakfast there was a waiter removing our plates (we did not finish eating...) Yet these are just minors and we had excellent stay.

Clean and beautiful place...the room was great..but the balcony was very noisy and unpleasant because of the motors from the big hotel near by(herods palace)..i was asking to switch rooms and I've been told that the hotel is fully occupied. Beside that the vacation was very nice,clean rooms, great breakfast...

The hotel is very high quality and the pool is beautiful but not warm enough for winter swimming. The children’s pool was slightly warmer but not enough. The hotel is well kept and the breakfast is wonderful.

Сказочный номер с видом из огромных окон и балкона!Все замечательно,обслуживание выше всяких похвал.Было впечатление,что все вокруг было сделано,чтобы наш отдых оказался незабываемым!Огромное спасибо начальнице смены,которая украсила наш номер корзиной фруктов и бутылкой вина!Обязательно вернемся!

יש מה לשפר מבחינת שירות אך אוכל והמלון שווים

פעם שניה במלון. בפעם הקודמת מאוד נהנו. הפעם קיבלנו שירות פחות טוב. אבל המלון והאוכל וגם המיקום לדעתי שווה את המחיר . חשוב לקחת בחשבון שזה גם חלק בהרודס פאלאס אז ניתן להשתמש במתקנים של פאלאס אבל להרגיש במקום אישי יותר. לקחנו חדר עם נוף לאגם ביום בהיר יש נוף ממש יפה. מקווה שישפרו את השירות

Nicole (hotel manager) was fantastic and very friendly, did a great job welcoming us to the hotel and making us feel comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay, hotel was well located close to the Ice Mall and very close to the beach (a few minutes' walk). Great Israeli breakfast buffet service. My only suggestions for improvement were that the kettle and the cups in the room were quite dirty and stained, and I would have liked a bit more lighting in the room. Apart from that, really enjoyed the stay there and would recommend to other travelers on vacation.

Great staff and marvelously run hotel

The manager was great as was the complete staff. The hotel is spotless and has a great location and eautiful pool. The breakfast and mid day snacks were fresh and great. Highly recommended. Great value for the money.

The Boutique is small and quiet. The location is fabulous and I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again. No complains.
