"We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to."

"I wished breakfast started earlier for early travelers or have 24-hour coffee (I use decaf only) available. If you do, sorry I missed it. I had to leave extra early this morning."

"I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made."
