"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. "I stayed here for 2 night. It was overall a great experience. It would have been nice to check in at 3 but i didn't get into my room until around 4:30pm. I think the rooms and the dining areas can do an upgrade and revamp in the near future but would still come back and bring my kids.The showers are definitely interesting but an experience as well. The breakfast was amazing but there are many restaurants around the resort for one to find great affordable food."
