"Our stay was beyond magical! The staff are fabulous and go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. We stayed in a Deluxe room which had the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a living room and desk downstairs. The set up was perfect for having our breakfast delivered every morning and working at the desk. When we experienced jet lag in the middle of the night we were able to hang out down on the sofa without disturbing each other. The view of the room tops was gorgeous and we felt...

It was huge and had everything from a hair dryer, laptop safe, dishwasher, kitchen with dishes, pots and pans to bath salts and robes. The breakfast was huge and brought to the room every day and the staff was always kind and attentive. Also, it’s in a very nice safe area overlooking the Seine. "

When we arrived my wife had a migraine and despite the fact that they didn't have our room ready, the front desk person (angel) saw the severity of my wife's condition and had a room for us within minutes.
