"This place was ok for a one-night stay, but felt pretty cheap for a hotel that actually wasn’t that cheap. We got a room with a private bathroom and ate at their restaurant area since they have no shared kitchen space. The food wasn't good at all, but the staff was extremely friendly and let many people order food even though the kitchen was supposed to close. We decided not to stick around for breakfast since the dinner food was so mediocre, so I couldn’t comment on if it's worth the extra...

"Todo perfecto, lo único fue que el agua caliente olía mucho a azufre, de las 10 noches que estuvimos en Islandia solo nos pasó en este y en otro hotel, puede ser un poco molesto porque no estamos acostumbrados. La cocina muy bien equipada, bastantes amenidades y todo muy tranquilo. La habitación limpia y amplia. "

"Nice homestead but there was no mention of shared facilities (ie a single toilet & shower) to accommodate the entire house when booking. Other guests decided to fry up some fish late at night and the smell permeated into the bedroom, very unpleasant but guess we cant fault the host for this. Our bedroom was right next to the shared bathroom and soundproofing was limited! Bedding was clean but found a random sock and some other bits which implies a surface clean only between guests.
