This place is great. We stay for one night and the receptionist was very kind, she make us a reservation for an excellent restaurant in the town, close to the hotel. The breakfast is really good. It is a good place to stay.

The hotel was surrounded by absolute beauty. We stayed in the cabin as a couple, which was perfect and romantic. It is also big enough for family. The hotel breakfast was plenty and delicious as well.

Beautiful location with plenty of darkness to see northern lights if it's clear out. The hot tubs were nice, tasty beer at the front desk, good breakfast included and convenient to gas, food etc in Egilsstaðir.
