"The property was very clean and tidy check in was really easy. Checkout was really easy. I like the fact that the hotel had restrants right in the middle and it was really neat how it was set up. I liked the fact that swimming pool was clean and the sauna was clean."

"Hotel is great. I’ve stayed here well over 30 times. Just don’t go to chop restaurant. I’ve been ignored in the morning and had terrible service in the afternoon. It’s not even busy and I can’t seem to get any service. Stay at the hotel. Eat somewhere else"

"Being in the mall is a huge plus for this property... our heat didnt work.. but they gave us a heater... and the toilet needed some wiggling to stop running.. Staff was great."
