Great location

Location Location Location … beautiful place close to everything:) Very clean and comfortable. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment (4 adults) and was perfect. Kitchen annex had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Boa acomodação, mas sem assistência

Localização excelente. Acomodação ampla e confortável. Porém no segundo dia da minha estada as tomadas de energia da sala e cozinha deixaram de funcionar e, apesar dos vários contatos com a propriedade via telefone e portal hoteis.com, o problema não foi solucionado. Resultado: ficamos sem televisão e geladeira (alimentos foram perdidos).

Worst hotel experience of my life! I saw stains on towels and in the bedroom! Difficult to get inside the building and no elevators if you’re on the top floor with a 50 lbs. suitcase. You need data and Wi-Fi otherwise you’re stuck in the streets. The high tech approach is unnecessary, no concierge, no hotel room cleaners, if you’re staying for a week, you won’t see one hotel staff to request for fresh clean towels. I’ll save myself the headache and stay at the Hilton next time.
