"I have stayed at this Quality Inn at least two times in the past and every time I leave happy. It is affordable and very clean. I enjoy my stays there."

"Microtel- Janesville has a TON of TV channels to choose from which is wonderful BUT can someone explain to me why Fox News was the only channel muted out? You saw the screen but no sound. CNN was fine, MSNBC was fine, all other news channels and all other channels worked just fine...only FOX News didn't have sound. Why? Hmmmm. I will not go to this hotel again for this reason."

"I booked here after my flight was delayed and Cobblestone properties cancelled my entire reservation with no refund because I was unable to check in on time. The hotel was clean, kind, and so helpful with absolutely everything the entire time of my stay. I will be back the next time I visit."

"We left in the early morning to visit relatives. When we returned at 2:30pm I room had not been cleaned. We talked to the front desk and were assured it would be done within an hour. We went to the pool and returned at 4:30. It had not been done and no one ever showed up to do it. Tacky!"

"Our room was very dirty. The tub was dirty and there were cobwebs everywhere. The carpet was very stained. The room had a bad mold smell. There was a light tan recliner in the room that was so dirty, we could not sit in it. I would not revisit this property."

"My flight was delayed so I didn't make check in on my first night. When Expedia called to ensure the rest of the week reservations, without requesting a refund for the first night, the property cancelled the entire reservation and informed them that I would not receive a refund for the entire week. When I called to personally attempt a remedy, thee staff laughed. I sent an email and received no response.
