The staff were all very friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito."

"Everything at Oro Verde Hotel Guayaquil is great, however I’m having a lot of difficulty in obtaining a refund for a future night that I cancelled. The front desk at the Hotel are very helpful, the issue is with Expedia and another on-line company that secured the reservation that I paid in full."
