"The breakfast buffet was really a good surprise. Omelet station,made to order. The room was nice. Checked in aroubd 11 pm on a Friday night. The lobby was packed, the parking lot packed, weed being smoked right outside the lobby door. Bathroom sink drained slowly and the door handle came off on the inside. Worst though was having to wait over an hour to get 2 towels, even after calling housekeeping 3 times and being told to give them a few more seconds. No apology, no sense of serving those still at the hotel on Sunday after many, many people checked out. "

"Property was nice but room service was terrible, after two days off our bedroom not being cleaned or beds changed and fresh towels I went to reception and asked for room service, I got back to the hotel room to find towels changed and no fresh bedding or toilet paper "

"There was no shower curtain and not even water bottle available in the room "

"Everything was good except the WIFI. There are restrictions and you can't log into Netflix or other work-related sites "

"Hotel location and the view is very nice. Rooms are big. But needs a upgrade badly. Pullout couch and curtains have years of dirt and dust on them. Pullout couch was not comfortable but also had bread crumbs from the guest before. Our room didn't have a coffee machine and we reported right away but no one showed up. Next day we had to ask again for it. Also after second day we ask if we can get someone for the garbage, more shampoo and coffee pots. They say we only stay 3 days so they don't do this service. Never heard such a thing before. We had to insist for someone to come and empty the garbage cans at least. Unfortunately service was really bad. Not sure if it's because they are understaff. We had stayed there sometime ago and it wasn't like that."

"The bad- Furniture could definitely use a refresh. Everything is a bit worn down and threadbare. We were assigned room 216 when we checked in. We walked into the room and were immediately smacked in the face with the smell of BO. Apparently, that’s just what the rooms smells like as the second room we were assigned also smelled, though not as badly. The kitchenettes are terribly stocked (no plates, but bowls. No forks, but spoons.) the beds are not comfortable. The usb charger by the bed did not work. The good- the location is very convenient to walk the strip or downtown. The breakfast was actually really good. Never saw the bar open in our two nights there, which is disappointing in such a quiet neighborhood where everything closes early. At least you could grab a beer to take to your room at the little convenience market in the lobby. "
